Diana is a lovely young seven year old who has CF and who needs a family.

Thank you sooo much for posting this!! I have been amazed by all the people who have come together to help Diana find her family! And it worked! Diana's family found her yesterday and are working hard to get her home. Orphaned {almost} no more!
